Working Smarter… Seven (7) pounds of cherry create one (1) pound of coffee. To process the cherry, we have to move the picked cherry to the processor and then take the pulp out to the compost. Shovels and physical labor are exhaustive. Thankfully, our new augers will save 60% of the manual workload.
